Ephesians 4:26 ~
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath
As women when we are angry we often use our words, while other times we destroy things. The key is to focus your anger so it can be more impactful. Try not to allow the rush of energy to control you, but you must take control; of your words, your actions, and your behaviors. Your anger should have a purpose. Focus your anger wherever in your body you feel it, and that will allow you to get a hold of it and use it constructively. In that moment, you will know what to do, it will flow. If your anger draws you to break something or lash out, make sure when you are finished, your argument stands true still and you are not just feeling sorry about everything. Anger should only be a further reflection of your ability to take a stand in what you believe in. And when it is done, everyone who was within your bounds should know who and what you stand for, not simply as a woman who “Lost Control”.
Ecclesiastes 7:9 ~
Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger rests in the bosom of fools.
